**All Lush Lash Lash packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and are intended to be used on a bi-weekly basis. Packages are sold on a “use or forfeit” basis unless you have extenuating circumstances, such as medical reasons or extended travel. Under those circumstances, you must make prior arrangements with the staff at Lush Lash. Package can only be put on hold for 90 days and are non-transferrable. By purchasing this special package pricing, you agree to all terms and conditions.

Policies
A 50% deposit is required for a full set application of Lush LashTM Lashes. A 24-hour advanced cancellation notice is required. If a 24-hour notice is not given, your account will be charged in full.
Late Policy
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes, provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, then your appointment will be adapted to the time left, and the full amount will be charged.
Refill Policy
Should you require more than 50% of your lashes in a refill, you will be charged more for your fill. Please discuss this with your stylist in advance so that proper time is allotted for your appointment.
Removal of lashes done at another salon
We have encountered many clients who have had lashes done elsewhere and wish to have them removed. We will do our best to remove these lashes but will not be held responsible for damage done by these extensions. We ask that a client wait 3 days before applying Lush Lush LashTM Lashes after the removal of another brand/form of eyelash extensions. Please call for pricing.
Lush Lash Salon Policies and Etiquette
We would like to welcome you to our serene and luxurious environment.
Salon Etiquette
- We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment unless this is your first time at our salon. If this is your first visit, please allow 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Please arrive with CLEAN lashes free of mascara and makeup. If you arrive wearing makeup, please ask your stylist for cleansing liquid.
- The salon is a quiet zone. We ask that you turn off your mobile device or switch it to silent before entering.
- Lay back, relax, and get ready to be pampered. Don’t worry if you fall asleep, as most of our clients do!
Salon Policies
When making a salon appointment, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment using a major credit card, which will be credited to your service charge.
- When changing your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.
- When canceling your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment within 24 hours and do not arrive at the salon during your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for your appointment in full. Your appointment starts at your appointment time. If you are late, your appointment will end at the time allotted, and you will be charged for that scheduled time.
If your account has a balance for a no-show/cancellation fee, we will require it to be paid in full before scheduling a new appointment for you.

Clients on lash packages receive a discounted fee. Therefore, we ask that you abide by the cancellation policy stated above; otherwise, you will forfeit a lash service.
